qn: when ejaculation occurs, does the semen come out in spurts or does it dribble out?
cant believe i will be asking this to patients. but even worse would be seeing patients with sexually transmitted diseases. during lect today, the lecturer showed us a pic of a penis and asked what disease it was. i dont think i would show the pic here. but anyway, it had lesions coming out. someone in the lect shouted:" it looks like a toadstool"
yup. we burst out in laughter. its actually penile scabies. yeah.

oh yarh, another thing we did at tute last week was....say the word vagina together..all 10 of us. ok, the psychologist tutor says its the most taboo word. so to get it out of our system, we had to say it together. and even b4 leaving the room, she says, "lets say vagina again"....i was thinking omg....so did not even say it out loud. felt like it was a counselling session similar to alcoholic anonymous and we were being couselled....(similar to the scene in prison break when sara goes for counselling)
