Ate 3 dinners. had kangaroo meat, tacos and fried rice. bleargh. why did i eat so much? firstly to prevent me from starting work. 2ndly, its so cold outside. like 15 degrees or less....
I keep thinking how the lecturers here are so different from singapore.
1. a girl comes in late for lect...doctor goes: u have volunteered yourself for the demonstration. please take of your shirt and sit infront of the class.(points to the chair). we all just laugh. Poor girl, she says ," erm, i will just sit here(pointing to the furthest seat away from the doctor)
2. we had an hour and half lecture. the lecturer said we will stop midway for a coffee break. then during coffee break time, he bought some students coffee! i missed out! but imagine that in hwa chong! no way man. but good thing there was a break. was falling asleep while he was explaining the biochemistry of lipoproteins, fats etc. so complicated
must thank Bob today. he lent me his jacket. I underestimated the weather so cycled to the hospital in t-shirt and shorts.
Must thank God too. By luck and a miracle, I am now going to Tasmania(Launceston) for 1 week in Oct with Hilda! we were frantically calling Gps this morn cos the due date is tmw. And lots of practices already had students. I spent over $10 for calling interstate. But glad we can travel again together. last year was gold coast where we went to dreamwolrd. No all i need is to pass this annoying, bloody exam which i do not want to fail.
