after staying at home the whole morn, it was good to get out to cycle along east coast park. so happy did 55km. as i was cycling down that east coast rd, thought of the times i would run there with rgs or with family or on my own. on the cycle, passed this guy. then when i u-turned, he was just behind me and we talked for a while. i thought he was doing the tri too, but he claimed he is just a cyclist.....haha.he said he was trying to follow me.
then while cycling, was laughing to myself with what pens told me last nite....abt platypus....."if u live with platypus long enough, u know what they are like".....i can still see the expression on sia's face.
anyway, pen and sia you are both the best. thanks for the counselling. sia played this song for me.....wang le ta, ta shi ge sha gua.
focus now, sunday is the tri race.
