tonight, you wern't wearing the watch anymore:( I shouldnt care though. dinner a clarke quay with Vernon, Kelvin, Sok, Ming Wei, Alvin. yup. thats the class man......so few pple came:( sigh. I must organise MAF outing man.....cos i am never around for MAF.
WHile cycling this morn, i was thinking....hmm.....this is a good ride. later i will blog that i cycled 70km. yeah, i was quite sure i could finish it. then do a run later in arvo, after letting my legs rest. BUT, i stopped at 40km, did not run in the arvo. had more cakes tonight. Shared the cakes with my partners-in-crime.
yeah, after the birthday the day before, i went home and finished more of the leftover cake. Need to stop eating all this junk! I need to train properly for Singapore Open 5km and woman's tri. Both will be so painful man.
I can't wait to go back to australia, tamworth and run with cameron! been emailing him, and hope that we can organise runs. i need a running partner or i wont run:( I miss ANDY! sigh. i keep pang sehing him for runs till we just stopped meetin up for runs.........he is a kiwi med mate. talented in everything man. play saxaphone, guitar, very sociable, Christian.I just am amazed how he juggles work, social life and studying.
i was thinking of writing my trng prog here, but too tired to do so. maybe another time.
