1. 1 week to Singapore Open. its the first time in 4 yrs racing back here on the track. i know i will malu myself infront of the pple who last saw me 4 years ago. But I guess i will start somewhere. Just watching the World Track Champs on TV makes me dream again: why can't I get there? the answer is partly cos i have grown soft. can't stand the pain and boredom of so much running. I need a 24/7 running buddy- like a dog! haha.

2. just came back from watching 881. cried so many times. first when Guan Yin gave his chicken away fro $50, then when the xiao papaya sister found out she had cancer, then when i thought she died but only ended up in hosp. lastly when she died. but again when the last song was sung and she was next to her da jie.

3. one of my budgies is gonna die pretty soon. I think he has a tumour. its really big. damm sad.

4. the run today was good. ran 17 km with Angela round macritchie. Could not have done it on my own....or would not have even woken up!
