new haircut. the hair dresser could tell i am tom-boyish. i asked her how, she said can "feel". anyway, today went for a massage, she pressed so hard till i have big, big bruises now. Looks like someone abused me. tmw tri.....abit scared. cos i know i am not fit enough to do a good 10km. By right, i shld do faster than 2:36, cos thats what i did at the start of the year, with less training. And now, route shorter(shhhhh).

I'm gonna miss all my Singapore frens. But looking fwd to more learning. My brain feels so useless now.
