tried running this morn b4 exam. So unfit now that after 10min, i started walking and was amazed that my exercise tolerance is up to 10min! then after 15min, wanted to go home. Then, saw an old man running and thought might follow him. a few junctions later, he stopped. so i turned the opp direction and cont running. next i saw this young boy running slowly...i told myself could ctch up with him and i did! but as i caughtup with him, someone from behind ran past me. a middle aged man without his shirt was running pretty quick. i said" this is my chance to speed up and just tag onto him". But, within the next junction, he started walking...i thought to myself:"useless la..." so i just carried on on my own. damm boring. dont really like running.
then had exam. went well. visited my pet fish, charlie at the paeds fish tank. i would like to think he is happier, though he is the only small fish there.
then was abt to go home when i passed the blood centre, opp the hosp. told myself that whilst in tamworth, would doante, since so convenient. so went in, donated and had free choc milkshake after that.
yest, was so stressed out abt this stupid xray exam i ate so much cake/crap/cookies and gained 2 kg(in 1 day).
