my saturay cycling group in tamworth. after an easy 40km ride out in the country passing horses, cows, farms, we finish at gloria jeans for coffee, cakes. the last ride there was the most memorable. The guys gps caught up with us in the last 3km. And Beck started trailing them. So we all picked up speed and stayed with them. last 1-2km it was sprint back to Gloria jeans. The racing was so fun.want to upload more pics but blogger is so slow.
anyway.....this is my new motivation. Maris-stella-Hwa chong guy today at training said this abt me while we were doing lunges....."your sis looks like humpty dumpty"
Wah lao. I poured water over his head plus chased him round macritchie to try to beat him up but humpty dumpty here was too slow to chase. ONE day, I will catch up with you and outrun you!
Dinner last night with XO crab with mr crabbie(in my tummy now or out in the toilet bowl already), Zhiyun, Angela and Wee Lee. then walked home and was so suprised to see so many shops at holland v opened at 9pm+ Australia, its a ghost town past 5pm. thats why i never go out. Just sit in my room and EAT!
