Hc cross country is the best. Today, ran with rachel, angela, pat for 16km. then cont with mao mao cong for another 22km. Along the way, ran a bit with kai ming and wei qiang and kai tick. Anyway, glad i ran 38km today at macritchie. After that, ate many bananas and Mao mao cong helped to "kope" a whole box of freshly baked chicken pie. Damm funny, the way he did it. left the car door open so that can quickly run back into the car so that i can speed off.
However, Alvin, who was with me says, "8th commandment is thou shall not steal". and the food was meant for the runners of the ultra-marathon, which is us. so techinically, its not stealing. therefore we did nothing wrong today.
we runners ran so much, that one of the chinese high boys asked me while running, " what is gary's name?"
and so, its been a lovely day. shld do this every sunday. But running with guys who crap alot makes it more fun.
