I am so proud of myself. After falling ill, I have not done any long runs for more than a week. Today, I got myself out of the house and ran 22km. To this lovely beach and back. I have been doing long runs with people, so this was a bit of a struggle, to run all alone.

Oh, and church tonight was fantastic. After missing out for 8 months, things have changed.....more church couples, new people, new songs.
