After not doing so well in last year's physical examination in arterial and venous insufficiency, I have been interested in it even more....(hope none of my relatives read this). so cny this year, while visiting, walking into someone's house, first thing i look at while taking off my shoes at their house, was their feet. and noticed their varicose veins.....they are inherited, more common in women. and they are due to incompetent valves in the deep veins of your calf. 30% of people go on to having ulcers.....(they arent pretty). treatment: compression stockings, surgery where the doc strips your veins.

oh, on the side. today no school. So joyce, Wen Jean and I today went to kotara shopping centre for many hours. And i bought.....roast kangaroo(1kg) , stiry-fry veal, 1 kg whole chicken.....yay! meat is cheap and I love my food(too much)
