this was where I ran on Sun. great route, got to run under the harbour bridge twice. Men's winner was Martin Dent. He did 1 hr 5min. I almost got lapped by him!!! Women's winner won in 1 hr 16min. Great runners.today's training: 3.2km swim squad training. didnt run the the afternoon, instead went out for dinner with Ping and Jun!
