john hunter hospital

yup, that is where i am nearly everyday now. its in the middle of bushland. to cycle there, got to go through forests. its on top of a hill, so some beds have a good view of tress. Its smaller than tan tock seng or singapore general hospital. the wards are so spread out, the layout reminds me of the airport gates....u know gate 50 etc. anyway, I have met awesome doctors there who are so so nice to us medical students. Met Sophie today, knew her from the running club. she is working there as a Paed's speech pathologist! OH, blackbutt reserve, is opp the hospital(see the bushes??)

I now dont think i am lucky, I see it as God planning things in that way. for example today, ran at blackbutt reserve to measure the course for the fun run. reached there at 4.30pm. Wanted to do an hour run. it gets dark at 5.30pm.......however, the gate sign post said the gates will lock at 5pm. so i made up my mind just to measure the 5km route(roughly estimated by the park ranger). After all, if i ran fast, could do 5km in 30min. BUT.....i took longer than expected, kept stopping to look at my map. So, i calculated i wouldnt make it out on time. However, i got to the car at 5pm! and the route was exactly 4km!!! So thank God that the route was shorter, so I could get out in time. Also as soon as I drove off, it started raining heavily. So God planned for me not to get caught in the rain.

its now 3am, i am trying to stay up to do more psych report. spent some time talking to ping and clarence on msn phone. yay it works:) but couldnt hear pens:( this is hilarious (but true) haha...a message from my dear Chara, who knows me very very well.
