today, went for a sports medicine conference. was 1 of the 3 medical student there. rest were doctors. It was really good, affirmed my love for sports medicine again! Something funny. One of the doctors was telling us how he knows of someone who got a stress fracture from her hip cos she jumped up and down so much after hearing/seeing that her son won 2 olympic gold medals! haha. nice way to get a stress fracture.
After that ran by the beach. So much activity! world youth day activites, so i saw many people from diff countries walking round the beach. did some sand running and staircase training, where on the top was breathtaking views of the coastline:) I love newcastle.
