this is the view from the top of the cliff, where I ran with a running group this morn at 7am. breath-taking views of a secluded beach, where u are find nudists! but yes, God's creation is so so beautiful.Yest was running in the park, saw 3 wild baby bunny rabbits. OMG! so cuteeeee! then when i went a bit closer, they all hopped into a hole! OMG. haha. i sound like a sec 1 school girl rite??haha. But yes, Praise God for wonderful weather, wonderful people around me, and his creation that I see so much of in Newcastle.
oh, wanted to write this down somewhere. so while running with th group, was talking to Jeff, an environmental engineer who works for the gov. He told me that he used to do mountain biking. Seeing that i want to do sports med, i thought, why not get an idea of what kind of injuries they sustain. plus i thought its pretty rough....so surely fall down lots of times....
me: so what injuries have u had while mountain biking?
jeff: none.....
me:(in disbelief, thinking at least a fall) So not even fallen off the bike before?
jeff: oh yes, I did one time
me: what happened?
jeff: I WAS CHASING A CROW....
me: (imagining a guy on a bike chasing a crow) WHAT?! why were u chasing a crow?
jeff: we had a picnic and he stole our food
me: (pictures a nice picnic, a crow flying away with some food, jeff chasing the crow on his bike, him falling flat on his face, unable to catch the crow) haha
