tonite was my first group runnning training for a long while. I did 10 x 150m. this hill is so steep than by half way, u feel the lactic, its inclination, i would say is about 45 degrees?? not sure. but damm steep man.
morn was a 11km run. tmw, need to do double sesh again. but must stardie tooooo. hmmm....belly grew today after eating krispy creme doughnut. sigh, reverses all the effects of running. been eating so much over the weekend. emotional eating, eating cos we went out, eating cos I hated myself(part of emotional eating), eating cos its cold. all sorts of reasons, other than being plain hungry. i really can't remember what hunger feels like.
