- went to pshyio for medial arch pain
- was told possible stress fracture
- had to get a bone scan to verify
- my world felt like it fell apart. i was lost and was depressed. just felt like going into a hole and giving up

- went to a gp, got the referral

- had my bone scan
- after which i walked round the cardiff area and went into the pet shop where i found the most lovable rainbow lorikeets and sun conures.....the rainbow lorikeets were so playful, even lying on that backs while playing. the petshop owner told me her lorikeet at home would lie on its back and sleep next to her little girl....and also plays with her puppies!! i want one!!!

- got the results. no stress fracture! thank you God!
sat
- went to my first Newcastle knights game. thats Rugby league, something like touch rugby, but instead of touching the opponent to get them to put the ball down....u pounce on them! yeah. but really priveledged i got to be on the sidelines with the team sports Dr. so cooool.....and they won! hearing the coach give his half time pep talk to the team that was trailing by alot, then see them win in the end was just so emotional for me, seeing the team spirit and bringing me back to the time when i remember i was put under lots of pressure for my sport. I could understand their stress.....being professional is really a tough job.
sun
- just did the most perfect morning run along the beaches at 7am with Al's running group. still had pain in both legs, and had to start walking, but enjoyed everybit of it. was driving back, and passed some markets....something like pasar malam. except had fruits and vege grown locally, birds!!! i bought chara honey from tamworth and 2 mangoes for $5, and 3 big broccollis for $2!!! yes:)
- hope to swim and study soon then church tonite
thank you Lord for such an eventful week. that you have looked after me.
