last sun: cycled to warner's bay(above pic) it was 45km. then swam with chara. did 2.6km. mon ran an hour round the warabrook lake and gold course. today ran again to jesmond park.

i have to learn to love myself. why i keep doing this to myself. now, go study cos u love reading(not). dont think abt the other things that are there to distract you. (like just finding out last nite that the eligible bachelor i thought i knew was actually married)haha.

oh, joyce's birthday today. we had choc bloack forest cake. and went with her to kotara for shopping. she bought cheap and good dresses while i tried on dresses and got stuck in them(so afriad i did not rip it). then we bought a gold fish bowl for her bamboo plant and for my future goldfish.
