HILDA and I at dreamworld last year.
so hilda is in gold coast now with her boyfriend and not with ME! and it reminded me of my 2nd trip to gold coast last year. went for the half-ironman. looking at the results of the singapore half-ironman, i would have been 2nd in my age gp. So for the goldcoast race, i got 2nd and won a spot to full ironman at port macquarie for the next year. BUT since i thought i prob come in last, seeing how little i trained for a ridiculus(to me) 90km cycle. so rule is that not there to recieve prize, then place offered to next person. anyway, by the time they were giving out prizes, i was back at the hostel(its a training camp ground for triathletes and other sports teams with a full track, 50m pool, huge gym, beach volleyball courts outside my room). SO i was back there, hanging out in the toilet's jacuzzi relaxing. had the whole toilet to myself so was very pleased that i was relaxing in this way after 5 hrs + of hard work. my bike in aust is in the pic above. no name yet. But pat's is CHINESE FIREBALL. mine shld be australian cakes and pies. yeah she /he is pretty neglected. just collecting dust in my room. cos i dont really like cycling.

more of the swim route.so what is next? i will NEVER do an endurance race in singapore. too boring and hot! i need good scenery for this and what better place than Australia!
oh, today's training was great. had sia come down for the first time. Sara joined oliver and I. oliver is just plain funny! i said to coach, i just need oliver in my race to pace me, and then can do good timing. And coach told oliver that, suggesting that he run with a skirt and a wig in my race. i need oliver to run man.....so relient on a pacer.
