Once again, no internet connection in my room, so hardly can surf the net, which is pretty good. want to upload tassie pics but will have to wait some time. past few days spent at the hosp been good. today, had a scrub tute. washed hands for 15mins, hands never felt so clean in my life! thats cos we also used a nail filer....so after scrubing in, got to put on theatre gowns. pretty cool. hosp rules here must wear face mask/eye protection. so was wearing this shield covering eyes. quite funny. then spent some time in the wards on my own looking for some patients.

yest spent a few hours in ED. got to compare it with Singapore ED. mush less busier here. And so cool...if a transfer is needed, pt can go to syd via helicopter....but wont take students on:(. or pts can arrive via aeroplane or helicopter. got heli pad just in hosp grounds.

its been so tiring. start ward rounds 7am for surgery.....sucked cos our doc came late. but have not done any exercise for the longest of time. just cos of early starts. need to study now.....read up on cardio physical examination, then can practise on patients tmw!ate so much ice cream tonight!
