7am-8am. surg morning report. surgeons present their patients to each other, discuss what has been done
8am- 11am As phoebe summed it up, she said..."bloody chicken *****"
yes, we spent ages arrangin the time table of our 2 surgeons, both breast surgeons. they have a very very complicated operating and clinic schedule. and 3 of us have to share the 2 surgeons, with only 1 of us going with them at a time. Plus all these things in our log book to get signed off! Plus sat tutorial at 9am, plus time in emergency: 6pm-9pm, plus weekend on-call. HOW?!!! I dont know how Hilda did all that. just looking fwd to 28 sep.
11.30am-1pm ethics lecture.....discussed if we shld actually tell the patient: this is the first time I am doing this operation.
1.30pm-2.30pm: interviewed a patient in hosp with bowel obstruction
2.30pm-4.30pm: Tutorial on vascular disease.
5.30pm-7pm: running training 1.2km x5. Proud of myself that I pulled myself to go for it:)
7.30pm-8.30pm: eat/shower
then have to MUG on bowel obstruction
tonite: 10pm-11pm-> wakeup organising
tmw morn, I have Breast outpatient clinic. got to read up on that toooooooo
