back in newcastle

had dinner with chara and hilda in my new house!!! this is the table that i will be doing my study at....

phuong slept over in my room last nite. was going to help send her to the airport this morn at 4.30am for 6am flight to melbourne. we woke up at 5.10am!!!!! and only arrived the airport at 5.45am. thank God that she managed to catch the flight....so heng!

dinner we cooked. top dish: fish with ginger, egg, tomato...its a philippino dish i learnt from maggie.

bottom: vege dish cooked by chara. contained chilli....so hot!!

orange juice: provided by me. we had a water crisis that nite. suddenly all the taps in the house was dispensing brown water....even after chara put it through her special filter, it was murky....i said it looked like my fish tank water after not changing it for a long time.

today, swam easy 2.3km. yest ran 2 x30min....still not enough!!! :(

hope to run with the running gp tmw for long run by the beach/ hills at 7am. okie. time to slp.

i want chocolate!! or loot! but none in the house and no vending machine in sight:(

OH, b4 slping...must talk abt the ice-cream can that came by the other day. u know in the movies...there is this van that rings a bell and drives from house to house(like karang-guni man). anyway, i heard the bell ringing from inside the house. then, asked chara what it was...she said- ICE-CREAM MAN!!! so i screamed and jumped then ran out. the van was parked just at the neighbours house. i ran back into the house, searching for my camera, cos i know i never see this in sg. then asked hilda to come out and help take the photo. and brought some money so that i can buy some ice-cream too...i know that shouldnt be eating ice-cream, but thought how can i take pic with ice-cream man w/o buying anything! haha. so thats my excuse for buying ice-crea. BUT when i ran out, the van was gone and only heard the bell in the distance. i shouted , "Ice-cream man COME BACK". then chara told me he comes every 2 weeks. ok, in 2 weeks time, i will be ready for u ice-cream man
