hmm. today was not that good in terms of reading my tb. Morning had placement at a special education centre. Children from 2-6 go there when they have learning difficulties. OMG...the kids were so cute. got to play with them:) but yarh, its sad....those 3 year olds shld be talking in sentences by now and they are mostly speechless:(
then went to jesso to eat kebab! and mackers fries. bad me.
late arvo till 10.30pm was at JHH ED. saw SO MANY asthma kids. its the change of weather(non-stop rain for the past week, and more to come) that precipated this outbreak! saw a boy with a Singapore t-shirt and talked to his grandma about her trip there last year. Saw my boy tonite. After just a few days, he can walk now! its so amazing. Pretty soon, he'll be discharged and i wont see in anymore. So this is a 9 year old boy. I asked him if he would miss me, then he asked for my phone number. awwww....and he laughs at everything i say! I had to leave his room, and he asked me not to. So i pomised him a toy- a remote controlled car. But thinking now, i think better something else cos he might drive that car round the whole ward and disturb the nurses. As it is, He presses the nurse call button every minute....treating the place like a hotel! But he was sad that his mum has not come for the past few days.
hope to learn to surf this weekend from my church pastor....yeah...he used to be a surfing enthusiast.
Also, Anna just asked me to be the pianist at her wedding! I am so so excited:) I thought she was going to say bridesmaid...but this is still good. haha. She said she and Cam love the way i smile and sing at church. Well, singing praises to God is what I love doing.
