just came back from Bible study. thanking God for my bible study mates, who let me talk abt my pitfalls and prayed for me. Dear Lord, please give me the strength that I have lost. I feel lost and weak at the moment and I don't see much point in work. I have increasingly become more tired even though i slp for 12 hours. There is seriously something wrong here.
Thanks for the run with dylan today. He has been great company and gave me my first good laugh in a long time. I really needed that run and someone to cheer me up.
