city to surf pretty soon. been running more:)
today, ran with dylan and chara along the wharf and foreshore. good run with bits of fast pacing.

watched Yes Man with Optiver(Dylan) after that and picked chara up from ICU at 11pm.

Pal care has been pretty relaxing. got in at 9am, followed Anna around with 0 consults. so hung out in the Dr's room and did my homework:0)
