haha. Optiver's text to me was damm funny today. his said he brought in my cloth cause it was paining outside....
hmmmm....I am sad cos my training partner is leaving tmw:(:( I just feel so slow without Optiver. hard runs now are going to be lonely and painful:(
today's run, had sharp pains along my flexor hallucis longus tendon. had to cut short me run:(
