Birthdays

5th Sep was Hilda's birthday. Ping and I drive down to Gosford to celebrate with her.

12th Sep was Chara's turn. I planned a surprise party for her and glad it worked out well!

post party was at Glenrock. we walked for around 2hours to the beach and back

last week. lost the will to train. been too tired from hospital. sigh. i have so many excuses.
